Architectural Glass

We guide our customers in acoustics, reflective or non-reflective, heat transmission and fireproofglass. Select from flat or curved laminated glass, tempered glass, and double glazing. We also make balustrades, banisters, and safety railings, taking your decor into consideration. Additionally, our digitally or screen-printed decor glass is available in a variety of colors, patterns, images or pictures.

ScreeneX®

ScreeneX® is a slim and reliable passenger information system (PIS) fully embedded in glass units. Now you can transform windows and glass areas into real-time on-board digital information displays! ScreeneX® employs unique LCD-embedded glass technology. The surface on both sides of the screen is as smooth and clear as regular glass. NanoEC™ SPU™ Smart Glass

Developed by Heliotrope Technologies, NanoEC™ SPU™ is an integrated smart glass technology that allow passengers to shade their windows on-demand from 50% down to 3% light transmission. The NanoEC™ SPU™ product can be easily integrated in a standard IGU as either the outboard or inboard lite depending on desired solar/thermal performance. As a result, the need for manual shades/blinds is removed along with providing an enhanced experience for the passenger through comfort and unobscured views of the exterior landscape. Coupled with the potential for reduced maintenance, operation, and installation costs it is the perfect solution to provide a superior and premium passenger experience.

ScreeneX® is an LCD embedded glass technology that transforms windows and other glass elements into vivid digital Information displays for passengers. Conventional windows,doors and partition walls become a dynamic communication channel.

A window of real-time communication, ScreeneX®, is a new generation of information systems for on-board and off-board applications, real time passenger information, entertainment and commercial advertisements.

Featuring an embedded TFT – LCD panel inside the glass unit, ScreeneX® allows operators to control and tailor information displayed to passengers and consumers. Because the screen is embedded into the glass unit, the surface on both sides is as smooth and clear as regular glass.

Solar Glass. Powering Up with the Sun

We offer versatile glass-based solar solutions that are easy to implement in a range of solar power systems.

OSG specializes in double-axis curved glass mirrors, which maximize solar concentration and energy collection. These curved mirrors provide higher sunlight-to-electricity conversion than alternative technologies.

Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) – Large numbers of CSP curved mirrors enable concentration of the sun’s radiation at a central point, where it can drive an electricity-producing engine.

Concentrated Photovoltaics (CPV) – ideal for applications with glass fixtures that produce electricity directly. Flexible and efficient, CPV solutions can be installed almost anywhere. CPV uses smaller-scale systems based on single and double-axis curved glass mirrors.
